New Year's Reception at the Ambassador's Residency
On Wednesday January 17 was our first event of the year, on this special occasion our members and guests gathered at the Residency of the new French Ambassador, Mr. David Cvach, in order to celebrate the new year but also the French Chamber of Commerce’s centennial. We are launching the celebrations in 2018 to mark 100 years since the creation of the CCFS. During this past century, the Chamber has organised numerous events and helped several French companies expand their businesses on the Swedish market. The year of 2018 will be filled with new and exciting projects such as the CCFS Innovation Prize. Our activities will be influenced by our centennial as well as by the newly signed agreement between Sweden and France.
It is in a beautiful setting that our guests had the occasion to assist to the Ambassador’s speech on his collaboration with the CCFS, that he deems important, as well as the potential for French companies in Sweden. The Chairman of the Board, Mr. Yves Chantereau, also gave a speech on the CCFS’ history as well as our future events.
We would like to thank Mr. Ambassador for his hospitality and for making this evening possible. We also thank all the participants for attending the event. We hope you had a good time and that we will have the pleasure to welcome you at our next events in order to celebrate our 100th anniversary.
