Meet our newest member : Undutchables

Undutchables Recruitment Agency is a Dutch international business recruitment pioneer and has been established on the Swedish market since January 2017. Karin Björkman, owner of Undutchables Sweden, is a Swedish entrepreneur with experience working with international talents in the Netherlands for twenty years. Being drawn to challenges, she accepted to lead the development of the Undutchables brand in Sweden, and moved to Stockholm with her family. The company focuses on diversity, cultural backgrounds, international and multilingual talents.

Interview with Karin Björkman

Could you describe your target client?
We work with companies in Scandinavia that see the added value of international talent. We assist them in their recruitment needs on the Scandinavian market. We can offer a one stop shop solution for these customers.

Are there connections with France and Sweden in your company?
Yes, we have both French and Swedish customers and talents in our network.

What are your goals for the Swedish market in the coming months?
We would like to make Scandinavian companies aware of the added value of hiring diversity and cultural heritage as well as language skills.

What are your expectations with the CCFS network?
This platform will help us in a proactive way to connect with an international-minded business community as well as help us increase awareness of the added value for companies when hiring international talents.

Could you describe your career path?
I have a background in Hotel Management with an education from Belvoirpark in Switzerland, more than 20 years of experience working with small to large international corporations on the recruitment of internationals in the Netherlands. Since a year now I have been the founder of Undutchables Sweden. I embrace diversity and cultural differences, I am a native level Swedish speaker and able to speak Dutch, English and German – unfortunately no French.
