How to Survive the War on Free Trade: Multi-Chamber Program

On Tuesday September 19, we gathered at United Spaces Stockholm for an in-depth discussion on current free trade practices. We organized this event together with AmCham Sweden, Chamber Trade Sweden, and the British-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. 

Today, trade agreements between long-established global partners, from countries united together to individual companies, are constantly being influenced by economic and political pressures. Such subjects were discussed by our public speakers.

Award-winning author, lecturer and documentary filmmaker Johan Norberg began with a few interesting insights. A panel discussion followed, hosted by Patricia Kempff, head of Public Affairs at ABB, and Tanja Rasmusson, Unit Manager and part of the Swedish government's management team on the National Board of Trade. The discussion was moderated by David Landes, Head of Commercial Content at The Local Europe.
