Have a look back on the LinkedIn workshop

Our online workshop about LinkedIn took place on October 14. The first hour was held by Fiona Mackie, Lead Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn. Expert in using the professional platform, Fiona showed the participants the important points to know on LinkedIn. The choice of keywords on your profile is essential, as these words can make your profile more visible to recruiters. Fiona also mentioned the importance of the headline and the summary on a LinkedIn profile. Other than the tips given by our guest, the participants were able to ask questions and discuss their profiles with each other.

The second hour was held by Estelle Darrigade, Recruitment Manager at the CCFS. After a short summary of what was discussed during the first hour, Estelle focused on the recruiters’ point of view: what are recruiters looking at on a LinkedIn profile? Once again, the importance of having a captivating headline and summary was put forth. Besides those aspects, being active through likes and comments has its use. It makes your profile more visible on the platform and to create new professional connections.

With the tips received during the workshop, the participants can now use them and explore the professional and digital world that LinkedIn!
