Future-proofing Your Leadership

How does a complex and increasingly unpredictable environment affect our businesses and our leadership? What are the challenges and what are the possibilities? What will be the role of leadership and how can we, as leaders and individuals, contribute to a culture of trust that creates cooperation, learning and innovation?In what ways can knowledge of our brain help us succeed? How do we handle cultural chocks - such as differences in digital maturity between different generations and how do we "lead" the employees of the future? What does self-leadership mean and what role does self-leadership have in the different dimensions of leadership?

During the seminar we will reflect together on the issues and discuss what allows, but may also hinder the development of a leadership that is prepared to meet the challenges of today and the future.

We welcome you to an inspiring seminar led by Eva Engström Dray and Torbjörn Skymning, partners and management consultants at Gaia Leadership. Together, Eva and Torbjörn have more than 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of leadership efforts in companies and organisations.

Eva Engström Dray has over 20 years of experience in strategic communication, leadership development and change management from big international companies. She has been a consultant för 7 years and has worked as coach and mentor for both private and public organisations as well as smaller entrepreneurial businesses.

Torbjörn Skymning works with change management, leadership development, management teams and leadership coaching. Torbjörn has in the past years been involved in designing, implementing and executing global leadership development initiatives in complex, knowledge-intensive and fast-moving organisations.
