Have a look back on the workshop "How to define a career project"

On the 3rd of March was held a workshop dedicated to job search in Sweden, “How to define a career project” at Berlitz in Stockholm.

After a round of presentation, we listened to Oli Savchuk’s presentation about Berlitz, a global provider of Language Courses, Leadership Development Programs and Intercultural Training.

The workshop addressed French-speakers living in Sweden and seeking a job here. It was led by Johanne Spjut, expert in development of intercultural skills and cultural integration of expatriate managers. She tackled various topics about expatriation in Sweden such as valued competencies on the labour market and the specific codes of this new cultural context.

Built on exercises in groups, the workshop gave the participants the opportunity to assess the particularity of their profile, accurately express their project through interviews as well as working on self-confidence. The event was also rewarding for the participants since they could get to know each other and exchange on their projects, fears and motivations.

We wish them success in their career projects in Sweden and thank Berlitz for having hosted the workshop.

 Read testimonies from the participants:
