Have a look back : HR Committee at Kairos Future

On Wednesday, February 19th took place our first HR Committee meeting of the year at Kairos Future on Generation Z.

Thanks to their many specialists, the firm has become an international reference in consulting and research about tomorrow’s trends. 

The meeting focused on the new generation born between 1995 and 2005, called “Generation Z”. We had the pleasure to listen to Erika Charbonnel’s presentation on the topic. Erika is Director Travel & Tourism at Kairos Future. After having defined the concept of “Gen Z”, she provided us with a detailed report on this generation’s values, expectations and fears, above all in professional  life.

The presentation gave rise to an interesting exchange between HR managers about challenges generated by the arrival of this generation on the labour market. The discussion focused on several issues such as the relation to the hierarchy and the differences between Sweden and France when regarding human resources management. 

The HR Committee will meet next time at MAX Hamburgare on the topic : Sustainable development - from values to action.
