Have a look back at: First Fall’s workshop - Your CV adapted to the Swedish market

On the 7th of October, our first Fall CV workshop was held on the theme "How to adapt your CV to the Swedish market", organized by the French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden at the premises of our Premium member Frilans Finans. Let’s have a look back on this fully booked event.

Frilans Finans, our premium member and host for the day, generously welcomed us to its Stockholm facilities. The aim of this workshop was to update the CVs of the participants and to optimize it, as foreign profiles have to make their CV more attractive for Swedish recruiters, by highlighting the important elements specific to each profile. It was also a great opportunity for exchange and network for all participants.

Beginning with the traditional Swedish fika and a “tour de table”, the morning continued with a presentation of our host Christian Rähn, Trainee Expert at Frilans Finans Sverige AB, about their activities, mainly directed to entrepreneurs eager to have tax representation and payroll solutions.

Estelle Darrigade, Project Manager and in charge of recruitment and human resources at the Chamber of Commerce France Sweden, then presented the various aspects of the CV’s construction and highlighted the importance of information according to the position sought in a personalized way for each profile. She emphasized the importance of the different media support(social networks, digital CV, Swedish labor market tools), followed by relevant analysis on life in Sweden in general and the steps in finding a new job in a host country.

Throughout the meeting, the participants were able to network with each other but especially to find useful answers for the continuation of their professional projects.

We wish them good luck and success in their professional projects in Sweden and we thank dearly Frilans Finans for hosting us.
