Interns at the France-Sweden Chamber of Commerce
Each year, the French-Swedish Chamber of Commerce welcomes two interns for the periods January N to June N and August N to January N+1.
Two positions are available:
Communication, Events & Marketing Officer Business Support
For the "Communication & Events Officer" internship, here is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities at the Chamber:
- Creation of a weekly newsletter
- Creation of visuals for events
- Creation of event invitations
- Management and updating of the website
- Managing the Chamber's LinkedIn account
- Photo and video editing
- Daily communication in French and English by email and phone
- Administrative management of new members
For the "Business Support" internship, the responsibilities are as follows:
Payroll Management:
- Assistance with the management of employees of French companies operating in Sweden
- Support to companies on matters related to Swedish labour law and its application: paid leave, pensions, etc.
- Payroll processing
- Monitoring and analysis of tax accounts for each payroll management client
- Company domiciliation
- Preparation of the Chamber's financial statements
- Invoicing
- Administrative management of new members: contracts
