On March 14, a new event is being prepared with the CCFS! Meet us at Chewies Bar where you will find Karim and Noémie Vionnet serving their wines to the public from 5:30pm to 9pm.
The wines from Karim were the ones we served at the Beaujolais Nouveau, now you have a unique possibility to discuss with this important figure of the Beaujolais Region.
Karim worked with Guy Breton (“gang of four” member with Lapierre, Foillard and Thevenet) before establishing his own domain in 2006 in Villié-Morgon, also his home. Karim’s vision is to make a wine that is “simple and natural”. No unnecessary intervention in the vineyard nor during fermentation. Focus on high quality and terroir-driven wines. “Low on SO2”.
