We are pleased to invite our members to our joint HR & CSR Committee meeting, dedicated to the EU Transparency Directive a landmark regulatory framework that is reshaping employer obligations across Europe.

With the transposition deadline set for June 2026, this directive introduces significant new requirements for organisations operating across the EU, touching on how companies structure, communicate and justify compensation with real legal and reputational consequences for those who are not prepared.

This session is an opportunity to better understand what the directive means in practice, what your organisation needs to do before the deadline, and how to approach these changes strategically rather than merely as a compliance exercise.

Our speaker Eva Wagner, Senior Manager HR Advisory at Aspia, will share her expertise on the subject and guide us through the key implications for companies.
