We are delighted to invite members of the HR Committee to a special session focused on improving gender balance in leadership roles.

Céline Jouffray will join us to share her expertise on the challenges women face when evaluated against traditionally male KPIs and to discuss actionable strategies companies can adopt to foster more inclusive leadership. This HR Committee session  will be held on February 17 (8:00-10:00 AM), featuring Céline Jouffray.

This session promises to be an engaging and insightful discussion, providing an excellent opportunity for networking and learning.
