Thank you to the speakers : Jessica Ribbestam, Laurina Qvarnström and Malin Svedling Börefelt and Peter Robertsson. It was a very interesting and relevant discussion in a post-covid period that has largely initiated this change in the world of work.
After reviewing the Benify report, we saw that most people now prefer to work in a hybrid format : half the time from home and half the time from the office.
In order to work optimally in a hybrid format, you need to engage your employees and make sure that digital is well integrated into the way you work, even in the office. This requires us to innovate and rethink the workplace and the way we work in it, in order to make the company work properly and satisfy employees and employers. Our speakers gave us the best advice on how to increase worker engagement and manage a business in a hybrid environment.
