Visit of the warship : L'Aquitaine Frigate

Our members were offered the opportunity to visit the Aquitaine Frigate of the French Navy!

Last Saturday afternoon, our members were offered the opportunity to visit the Aquitaine Frigate of the Marine Nationale. 

With only 8 boats of this type in the French Navy, this boat welcomes just over 100 people on board, including staff and sailors of the French Navy. In service since 2011 its construction started in 2007. This ship can be used for all types of missions, but its main missions are anti-submarine warfare.

Thank you to the French Embassy for the opportunity given to our members and thanks to the French Navy for their visit to the magnificent warship.
