Shaping the Future of AI Leadership in the Nordics
On Monday, November 24th, we had the pleasure of hosting our seminar “AI Governance & Leadership in the Nordics” with EY. The session brought together professionals from various sectors to explore how organisations can responsibly integrate AI into their operations. Discussions focused on the growing need for clear governance frameworks, the importance of equipping leaders with the right competencies to navigate AI-driven change, and the role of continuous training to ensure teams can leverage AI tools effectively and safely.
The seminar sparked many valuable exchanges among participants, who shared their experiences, challenges, and visions for the future of AI in the workplace. After the session, conversations continued naturally over drinks and canapés in a relaxed networking environment.
