Looking Back on an Exceptional Day — France & Sweden Together, April 14
On April 14, we had the honour of co-organising the Strategic Partnership Summit: France & Sweden Together for Innovation and Competitiveness alongside the Ambassade de France en Suède, and what a day it was! 🇫🇷🤝🇸🇪
Two years after President Macron's State Visit to Sweden, the Franco-Swedish Strategic Innovation Partnership continues to deliver concrete results. April 14 discussions reminded us just how much this bilateral relationship matters, not only for France and Sweden, but for Europe as a whole.
Across four key pillars, Energy & Climate, Digitalisation & Space, Defence & Security, and Cross-cutting Actions, both nations are proving that collaboration between like-minded countries is one of the most powerful drivers of innovation and competitiveness in an uncertain world. In a Europe facing geopolitical shifts, technological disruption, and the urgency of the green transition, partnerships like this one are not a luxury, they are a necessity.
