HR Committee - Competition Law in Labour Markets with Hammarskiöld
On Wednesday, 19 November, our HR Committee gathered for a breakfast meeting, at our member Hammarskiöld's offices, focusing on the topic Competition Law in Labour Markets. The session was led by Sofia Falkner and Anton Sjöberg, who offered clear and insightful perspectives on how competition rules are increasingly shaping employer practices.
Their presentation sparked engaging discussions among participants, touching on key questions around no-poach agreements, information sharing, and how HR policies can remain compliant in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. The meeting was both enriching and highly relevant, leaving attendees with plenty to reflect on, and a clearer sense of the challenges and opportunities ahead.
