Sustainability – H&M’s Achievements and Challenges

             

On October the 25th the French Chamber of Commerce had the pleasure of having Tobias Fischer, CSR Project & Relations Manager at H&M, as key note speaker at a lunch conference at Sheraton. Tobias talked about the sustainability strategy of H&M and how they work with these questions as an integrated part of all activities of the group.

Sustainable transports seminar

During the seminar Sustainable Transports (Hållbara transporter) organized by IVL, the Swedish Environmental Research Institute, and Miljörapporten, the French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden arranged a session about “Future transport solutions in France and Sweden”. With a number of more than 250 participants from the Swedish transport industry, the seminar offered a perfect opportunity for companies to dig in to sustainability. The French Chamber of Commerce’s session gave also a great visibility for our member companies
and a fresh point of view of sustainable transports for the participants.

The French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden in collaboration with the International Chamber of Commerce North of France offers Small and medium Business Executives and entrepreneurs to participate in FUTURALLIA 2012 to be held in Lille, France on 27 to 29 June 2012.

The international business development forum is an opportunity for small and medium business executives or entrepreneurs to look for new opportunities. The 16th edition of this event will gather 600 companies from 30 different countries. This will allow participants to meet new potential business partners during 2 days of one-to-one prescheduled B2B meetings.
