Operations & customers coordinator

The recruitment department of the French Chamber is acting as a recruitment agency for its over 175 members’ companies, one of which is currently looking for an operations and customers coordinator.

Our client is a European producer and FMCG company within fresh food, who wants to significantly increase their local presence on the Nordics market. Their growth plan is ambitious. Key Responsibilities:

The company is looking for a motivated, organised and structured operations and customers coordinator, who will have a broad role, being in the center of business operations and supporting several functions. The role will primarily be focused on assuring good execution of everyday administration and operational performance.

She/he will :

  • Apply set processes and tools for planning and forecasting of products to ensure a good level of local stock. Place orders accordingly.
  • Manage the order flow and process which, though being quite automatized, still needs to be monitored with manual prioritization actions.
  • Be the point of contact with logistics partner and customers, to create strong relationship
  • Invoice customers and process the suppliers’ invoices
  • Support commercial department on marketing and brand material, product management or customer follow ups. 
  • Carry out accounting and finance admin on a daily basis
  • Achieve KPI ́s in supply chain, finance and customer management. 

Report to the Head of Finance & Operations


  • Previously exposed with accounting and/or logistics will make the difference
  • Previous experience within a role that required strong organisational skills and structure is mandatory
  • Sound analytical skills to play with datas and produce analysis and forecasts

  • Doer attitude who likes to take initiatives, and solve problems
  • Customer oriented completed with a good verbal and written communication skills
  • Real team spirit who is at ease to collaborate 
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, French is a plus 

Location: Stockholms län

Type of contract: Permanent, full-time 

Travels: <20% (France and Nordics)

Start date: ASAP
