Job Offer : Director Assistant

The recruitment department of the French Chamber is acting as a recruitment agency for its over 175 member company, one of which is currently looking for a Director assistant. Our client is one of the major players in Europe in the sector of modular and custom-built industrial solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The company is looking for a flexible and highly organised assistant who will directly report to the director of the Swedish affiliate. He/She will:

  • Support the managing director in his daily missions (reports, travel arrangements, etc.)

  • Be the point of entry for customers orders, with high quality customer service  

  • Manage invoices (customers and suppliers) and make the payment when needed

  • Provide the necessary support to the sales force at the administrative level

  • Keep track of the inventory with support of the team and lead necessary actions

  • Participate in all assignments entrusted by the subsidiary manager

  • Collect time sheets, check and get md sign-off.

  • Be in charge of the salaries payments from salary spec prepared

  • Handle incoming e-mail from “info@” and ordinary mails

  • Purchase office materials, replacement tools etc. according to procedure

 

Profile:

The candidates needs to be/have:

  • Experience from general office duties (preferably from a small manufacturing company as it is same size and environment)

  • Customer oriented with proven human and relational qualities

  • Attracted by technical and industrial subjects

  • Committed, autonomous, dynamic and pro-active

  • VISMA experience is a significant plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication style  

  • Sound experience with the tools of management and communication

  • Swedish mother tongue and fluent in English are mandatory, Fluent in French is a plus

 

Location: Uppsala Kommun

Type of contract: Permanent, full-time

Start date: ASAP
