Our colleagues from the French-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce organized this online conference (in French) to better understand where this war is going, and to explain how to sort out what we hear and read every day.
The following speakers were present :
- Xavier Tytelman, former crew member in the French naval aviation and then in charge of the operational monitoring of social media in crisis management within the Civil Security.
- Cédric Mas, military historian and president of the Institut Action Résilience, an independent think tank, a platform for reflection, proposals and experimentation devoted to public policies and collective responses to violent extremism and terrorism in France and Europe
- The discussion was moderated by Sébastien GOBERT, who lived in Ukraine for 11 years and was then a correspondent for many French-language newspapers, including : Radio France, Mediapart and Radio Télévision Suisse.
